Just like you need a glass mirror to see your face, you need Acceptance to find your soul, and when you find your soul, you find your home.
Acceptance is not just a word, it is the meaning of a peaceful and happy life.
True Acceptance is the answer to most of our problems, and I don’t mean (just putting up with something) or enduring it till it finally goes away.
I mean welcoming any type of annoyance or discomfort or situation and seeing it through, sitting with it, feeling it, riding the waves and analysing its very existence.
Most people try to find happiness or some kind of settlement and tranquillity, in substances, like alcohol or drugs, they are after some kind of peace of mind, but while they are searching for this none existence of an idiotic lifestyle they are missing the big picture, while it is staring them, right there in front of their face. It is right here, right in front of them, right under their nose.
To find true everlasting inner peace and tranquillity you have to earn it, It will NOT be placed in your lap.
Everything that’s worth while in life, must be earned, there is no such thing as a free lunch.
Practising True Acceptance daily is the only sure way to blissful happiness and peace of mind.
Acceptance is not an escape goat from reality (like alcohol or drugs), or a crutch to rely on till you feel better. Acceptance is a change of lifestyle, a forgetful surrender that enables you to rest your mind till your nerves recovers from being over sensitised and vulnerable.
Acceptance doesn’t mean putting up with it either. It means sitting with it till it no longer matters.
