STOP! Being the driver-in-your-vehicle-of-life all the time.

True Acceptance practice allows you to be the passenger in your vehicle of life, it free’s you of all responsibility, and being judgmental of everything, and everyone.

When you are the passenger, you can relax and let life take you in the flow to where it wants to go.


You can stop making decisions and just enjoy the ride. You can stop the fight and the struggle of always trying to be in control.

You can just let all your concerns, sounds, thoughts, feelings, emotions, worries just be there and not get involved in any of them, because you are no longer in the drivers seat anymore.


You are not responsible for anything, you become totally innocent of any sensations. You change your attitude and mindset, by letting go into the moving stream of time and let it take you where it takes you to.


Let it all pass by; sounds, sensations, scenery, emotions, concerns, worries, and not grabbing on to any details, but just letting things change and flow, even if it is uncomfortable, or painful, just letting everything pass you by without resistance of any kind.


You no need expend any effort, you can become totally redundant, of any type of evolvement, evolvement would be none existent. You can sit back and just enjoy the ride. Its like surrendering to the motion of time, and let the vehicle of life take you where it wants to go, and letting it be what it wants to be, without any type of interference from you. Trusting the flow, and enjoying, being just a passenger.


No more problem solving, no more decision making. No more responsibility.

What a frigging relief!


You can stop paying attention to anything, and just coast on the momentum in the vehicle of life, and only be aware of the peripheral view of what’s going on around you, both in sight, and in mind.


Just sit back and trust you’re going where you need to go.

True Acceptance works every single time.

Just make sure you are NOT ‘just putting up with it’. (This doesn’t work)

You MUST Practice ACCEPTANCE Properly.
