How to get instant relief from all your problems and anxieties

This is the situation;
Have you ever been bombarded by one worry after another?
I think we all have at sometime or another.
We tend to focus on one concern AFTER ANOTHER, and try and find a solution, and every time these concerned-thoughts enters our minds, we get an instant rush of Adrenaline and Cortisol, that sends us weak at the knees, there doesn’t seem to be a solution to this major catastrophe that we are experiencing, and because there doesn’t seem to be an answer for this problem, we start to panic inside and we can’t seem, to even think straight anymore.
Maybe it’s a financial problem that you have got into? And you can’t see anyway out of all this debt that you are in?
Then there is the heath issue that’s hanging over your head, and you are waiting for the results from the hospital after the MRI scan that you had 2 weeks ago, and then you get another rush of Adrenaline and Cortisol that sends you’re legs even weaker at the knees. (what if the results are positive) and all the ‘WHAT IF’s’ that follow from trying to look into the future.
Maybe you are also worried about your child being bullied at school, and the teacher has no interest in your accusations that you put forward to them about the pupil that has been bullying your child? Then comes all the ruminating into the past, about how long your child has been suffering this torment off this particular pupil.
All these types of worries are everyday concerns that tend to crop up for most of us at some point in our lives, and they seem to engulf us worse at night if we wake up during our sleep. You tend to lie there repeatedly going over, and over, and over, the same old scenario, again, and again, and again, trying to solve all your problems, one after another but you can’t resolve any of them, so you get into a ‘HOT SWEAT’ tossing and turning and thinking; “what if THIS happens” “what if THAT happens” “say if ‘SOMETHING TERRIBLE’ happens” “I won’t be able to cope” and your problems seem to start to escalate and get out of control, you just lie there in a bath of sweat, your heart is pumping at 120 bpm, you feel like ending it all, maybe thats the way out of this HELL HOLE of a life? All this suffering you are going through seems unbearable. Your mind is never here in the NOW, in the present, it is always going off into the future, worrying about what might happen, or ruminating about the past, of what has happened.
Here is the trick; if you are lying in your bed at night tossing and turning trying to sort all your worries out one after the other, and you can’t get back to sleep….. STOP!
I want you to take a deep breath, and start to mentally ‘MIX UP’ all your worries and concerns into one big Acceptance bucket.
Mash them all up in your mind one after another, so they are no longer individual worries, they are one big jumbled up mess that makes no sense to you at all. Make sure you can’t identify any one of them, they are one massive, scrambled up mess of garbage.
There is nothing recognisable about any concern you had got.
This scrambled up mess doesn’t bother you any more because you can’t make any sense of it any longer. It has lost all its importance and meaning.
This is a psychological trick that I used to aid in my recovery from ‘THE ANXIETY STATE’, and because all your concerns are only psychological why can’t a psychological trick counteract all your physiological problems?
It will NOT sort all your physical problems out they will resolve naturally, if you keep a clear head, they always do, life tends to throw a lot of SHITE at you sometimes but if we ‘CAN’ keep a clear head we always come out the other side a better person than we were before.
Difficult times in our lives seem to harden us up if you don’t crack.
This is just another mental survival strategy that allows us to cope with all our physical problems we tend to have in our life.
It is one of the tools we need in our survival bag of tricks to see us through life’s troubles and strife’s.
Just practice jumbling and mixing up all your worries in one big Acceptance bucket till they are unrecognisable and they won’t slip back into that massive GROOVE which we create in our brains when we keep repeating our fearful thoughts over, and over, and over, again, and again, and again.
Keep out that GROOVE, you will only worsen the situation by repeatedly slipping back in time, and time, again. Mix things up in your head instead.
It works every single time for me.
